Step 2, Custom Proposal & Date Reservation.
Based on your inquiry, we create a custom floral proposal outlining the design direction and estimated investment.To reserve your date: ●Contract must be signed ●35% non-refundable retainer is required Your date is officially secured once both are received.
Step 1, Inquiry & Discovery
Begin by completing our inquiry form with your event details and inspiration. If needed, a discovery call may be scheduled to better understand your vision.
Step 4, Event Day Execution.
Relax and enjoy your celebration. Our team provides: ●Professional delivery ●Full on-site installation ●Room flip (if applicable) ●End-of-night teardown. Everything is executed seamlessly according to the approved design.
Step 3, Design Approval & Final Payment.
Approximately one month before your event: ●A floral sample is created to showcase flower style, color palette, and centerpiece scale ●Final design approval is completed ●Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. After this stage, details are finalized for production.
